There was no match at Mestalla on Monday, March 18th, but the Plaza Luis Casanova was the place to be at lunchtime, thanks to activities put on by the Agrupació de Penyes Supporters Group Association.
The collective had raised a Falla in the morning, designed by artist Manuel Algarra, before moving onto the -literal- main course of the day.
A giant paella, for 1,100 people, was cooked in the square beside the ground, and served up for those hungry to celebrate Valencia CF's Centenary.
To round off the activities for the day, the Falla was burned in the evening.
